​The founders of Monti Custom Contracting, Matthew and Aubrey, are a husband-and-wife team proudly serving the Texas and Oklahoma region. Matthew brings a diverse background in construction, agriculture, and business, which has shaped his commitment to creating sustainable, structurally sound buildings. Aubrey’s degree in Business Management, combined with her experience in customer service and executive support at Southwest Airlines, adds a strong foundation in organization, communication, and client relations to the company. The newest member of the Monti team is their son who joined the family in August 2024.
